YOUR HEALTH COACH

I am a Men’s Health & Lifestyle Coach.
I help men achieve an optimal quality of life with vitality, energy and purpose, to live life to the fullest.  

The aim is to LIVE WELL now, to AGE WELL.

I have a program based on an holistic approach to health, wellbeing, and functional mobility as the foundation for living a vital and purposeful life well into old age.

My clients love that I provide a personalised program with total support, accountability and empowerment to get results, whilst also providing a framework to continue progressing and growing personally long after they have finished working with me.

My program is designed for men who feel they are not operating to their full potential through lack of energy and vitality. This may also include men who want to lose weight, manage stress levels and improve mobility to operate at a higher level to get the most out of life.

What I am really passionate about is the area longevity. Setting in place strategies and tools to see my clients thrive, not just survive as they get older. To live the life of their dreams in retirement with the freedom to be able to travel, play sport, garden, play with grandkids etc.  To be relevant and maintain healthy relationships.

By making lifestyle changes now through correct nutrition, specific mobility and exercise protocols, along with other key lifestyle factors, this can be achieved.
