The core principals around nutrition and movement are to be as close to how our ancestors lived and how we as a species were designed to eat and move, that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle.
Eating mostly living, organic, wild, unprocessed and seasonal food. From this baseline we adopt modern day science and modalities to provide a more individualised program specific to your personal needs and objectives.
Frequent movement of low level activities, along with periodical bursts of brief intensity, lifting heavy things and functional movement patterns. Interspersed with the opportunity to play, getting out into nature and doing what you love.
Rest and recovery is equally important for our overall health, wellbeing and longevity. Getting quality sleep and learning how to manage stress is also key to maintaining optimal mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
