Our physical repair cycle runs from 10.00pm until 2.00am, repairing your muscles, bones, joints and organs. From 2.00am to 6.00am your psychological repair begins, attending to the nervous and hormonal systems.

When we operate outside of our natural circadian rhythm, we trigger hormonal imbalances and stress, which have a detrimental effect on our health, vitality, and overall wellbeing.

The key to genuine, long lasting vibrant health is learning how to manage daily stress.

Here we need to normalise our sleep – wake cycles and get more quality sleep. The Prime Life program incorporates strategies to achieve this. The outcome will see more vitality and productivity, optimal hormonal balance, along with a stronger immune system resulting in less illness.

Most of our health challenges can be narrowed down to stress. There are many forms of stress that we deal with in day to day life. Work, relationships, anxiety, exercise, finances, toxins, electromagnetic fields and more.

Chronic stress is harmful to our health and emotional wellbeing. Apart from being susceptible to more serious chronic diseases, the body suffers from low energy, difficulty in concentrating, accelerated aging, poor recovery from exercise, lack of motivation and diminished sex drive, among others.

For men specifically, stress causes weight gain around the belly area and effects our hormone balance, in particular leading to an over production of cortisol at the expense of other hormones including testosterone.
